This 6 hour training program focuses on organizational diversity as an element of the workforce that can provide opportunity for valuing the differences everyone brings to the workplace. In this class, participants will work in small groups an individually to discuss and address possible biases and preconceived ideas about diversity to build a competent and unified work force.
