Module #4: Conducting Offender Transports - This is the fourth of four training modules which will provide staff with techniques that are necessary to safely transport offenders. In this module training will focus on the proper methods to safely and securely transport offenders on out-counts. Planning and preparation will be explored in-depth, as will the dynamics and diversity of the out-counts themselves.
