Established in early 2005, the McKean Re-Entry Initiative was designed to facilitate the creation and implementation of proactive reentry programs. Through its comprehensive approach to offender reentry, the McKean Re-Entry Initiative has created and implemented a series of innovative offender reentry programs designed to increase an offenders ability to successfully reenter society.
