This evaluation instrument, designed for the Offender Workforce Development Specialist (OWDS) training, assesses participants' perceptions of the training. The information, gathered by Likert-scaling (a 1-5 numeric rating), includes the degree that training met participants’ expectations, the relevance to their work, and their satisfaction with the facilitators.
