&lt;p&gt;Improving correctional agencies&amp;#39; capacity to train staff is the focus of the new &lt;a class="" href="http://www.nicic.org/TrainingDesignDevelopment"&gt;Training Design and Development Projects Page&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Developed for training directors, trainers, curriculum developers, field training officers, and those who are responsible for training, the site lists free library&amp;nbsp;resources, links, and web referrals&amp;nbsp;on pages dedicated to training management, instructional design, training delivery, networking, and other&amp;nbsp;NIC services.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
