If you are looking for resources for your own career development or for succession planning in your agency, this CD is for you.  The National Institute of Corrections Information Center has combined nearly 20 digital documents exploring the dynamics and principles of effective leadership onto a single CD, and now you can order your free copy.  Submit your request by phone at 800-995-6429 ext. 4426, or use the on line help desk.  Ask for a copy of our "super disk" of Correctional Leadership Resources.

The CD contains documents developed for executive, senior, manager, and supervisor levels in adult and juvenile corrections agencies.  Here is a sample of the contents:
