The National Institute of Justice (NIJ) has released Strategies to Prevent Prison Rape by Changing the Correctional Culture. This document examines practices in 11 states that have shown positive results in reducing sexual violence in prisons.

i just started training at cca prison and i'm not sure if i

am the right one for the job ,but i need to know what

to do and how to handle the subject at hand for when

i;m approached with this i;ll have a better understanding on how i should handle this .i don;t like the fact that people take advantage of others,but i don;t want it to happen to anyone i'm incharge of.
