I FOUND THE ARTICLE TO BE RIGHT ON TARGET. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE VERY HELPFUL IN A LOT OF WAYS IN ORDER TO STOP THE VIOLENT ACTS TOWARD INMATES, STAFF AND PERSONEL.

FINDING OUT THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PERPERTRAITORS AS WELL AS THE VICTIMS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT WAY TO BEGIN THE PROCESS OF ELIMINATING RAPE.
