The National Prison Rape Elimination Commission (NPREC) is inviting up to 10 facilities to participate in the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Standards Implementation Needs Assessment (SINA). The Commission is seeking feedback on the PREA draft standards regarding feasibility of implementation of the standards, as written, and possible suggestions to ease implementation and compliance concerns.

I think it is a good idea but I hope they address all of the law. The law has two parts. prisoner having sex or raping prisoners and secondly staff having sexual misconduct with prisoners.
