The long-awaited report by Mark Fleisher and Jessie Krienert, "The Culture of Prison Sexual Violence," has been posted by NCJRS.  The report has been the subject of some controversy.

Interesting, I came upon this subject and attempted to review the report. It never came up. Has some one deleted this file or is there an attempt to conseal truth.
