I have a family member that is trying so hard.

Got in trouble as teen!  Got his GED.  Served his time! Now in Trade School!  B+'s.  no job any where.

Some has to realize People make very stupid mistakes.   Can't change the past but with help could make a big difference in the future.

Very good someone needs to know they need help and understanding.

Our country is in big trouble if we cannot re-integrate the released prisoners back into society as useful, proud and productive citizens. They need to be given at least a fighting chance to earn a living.

After spending 22 years in prison, I thought I would be giving more than just a chance to be free again, I thought that the fact the parole board released me meant that I would get a second chance at life. It seems that the only people who believed that I deserved a second chance is the 3 people who agreed to release me, they saw what every one else refuse to see, that I have changed and grown. After 22 years in prison I am no longer the same person. I want to live in this world and I want to contribute in a positive way. Just want a fighting (no pun intended) chance.

No company places you in a postion without some type of training. He ran a million dollar company by himself and now can't find a job to save him from doing wrong again. Where can he start?
