On April 29, 2008, at the Department of Corrections Central Training Academy in Jefferson City, Missouri, 18 participants were recognized for successfully completing Offender Workforce Development Specialist Partnership Training (OWDS).  They received their certificates of completion from OWDS program manager Susie Edwards.  Assisting Ms. Edwards as instructors were Quincy Fountain, Steve Gibson, Lisa Johnson, Rodney Henry, Kevin Knickerbocker, Linda Wise, and Jennifer Williams.
