The National Institute of Corrections has released a solicitation for a 12-month cooperative agreement to assist NIC's Research and Evaluation Division with a project involving organizational culture and performance.  The selected service provider would organize up to four meetings of subject matter experts to address topics such as organizational culture assessments, culture change in correctional systems, and organizational performance.  The full solicitation is attached to this blog and will be posted on Grants.gov.  Applications are due August 14, 2009 and reviews of proposals are scheduled to be completed by mid-September.  Click here for more information regarding cooperative agreements with NIC.
