The National Institute of Corrections (NIC) has released a solicitation for facilitation services to continue the 'Norval Morris Project.' The project is named after the noted scholar and criminologist who helped establish and advised NIC. (Learn more about the Norval Morris Project). Through a cooperative agreement, the service provider will support advisory groups, scan and review research and literature, and prepare working papers. Services will be coordinated with NIC's Research and Evaluation Division to promote implementation of innovative approaches within the field of corrections.
