This week the Court&amp;nbsp;announced it will&amp;nbsp;review whether&amp;nbsp;sentencing a juvenile to life without possibility of parole is cruel and unusual punishment. The&amp;nbsp;justices will consider &lt;a class="" href="http://www.law.com/jsp/article.jsp?id=1202430429419" target="_blank"&gt;two cases&amp;nbsp;from&amp;nbsp;Florida&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;that challenge the constitutionality of the life sentences imposed.
