Rehabilitation&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;and &lt;a href="http://www.nicic.org/WebGateway_268.htm"&gt;NIC Large Jail Network&lt;/a&gt; member discusses the trend of mentally ill offenders being held in prisons and jails.&amp;nbsp;Art points out that this is the &amp;quot;single most discussed topic at correctional meetings.&amp;quot; This segment also contains information about the recently released &lt;a href="http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/bjs/pub/pdf/mhppji.pdf"&gt;Bureau of Justice Statistics Report&lt;/a&gt;, &amp;quot;Mental Health Problems of Prison and Jail Inmates,&amp;quot;
