Excellent article that demonstrated Green Building at its finest.  I loved the manner that the County selected its building/design team and incorporated juveniles and other minority small businesses into this project.  It was a wonderful way to involve diverse populations into workforce development and design as well as stimulate an interest in youth pursuing this career path.  I will forward these ideas to our County's Administration as it builds future projects.
