I am the Sheriff of Kalamazoo County Michigan.  We have a 40 year old building.  We are looking to build an addition that will take us from a rated 327 inmates to 550.  I have been pushing the Green Concept with the proposed designs.  This article will be added to my arsenal of ideas for the addition.
