Nowadays, researchers have found the actual neural activities relating to drug dependence, and may be able to use this in creating a formula to heal dependence.

yes, a picture can actually cause drug dependency relapse.

It was another delaying tatic used to try to post pone an convicted felony destiny. If they do the crime then they should accept the results of that crime. They have exhaused all their appeals; this was the only thing left that they could use to try and get public support. Well the victims that were left behind need closure. It's about time they ruled on the case. It's also about time the prison system started using the method to lower the cost of buildinig new prisons. If they executed the death row inmates it would make the rest of the inmates know that the prison is not a revolving door. If they spend time, get parole, or serve their sentence. Then the next time they come into the system the punishment should be more severe than the first time. I for one am tired of spending my hard earned money keeping the criminals up. Three meals a day, free medical and dental, and a roof over their heads without them doing a single days work. I am a single parent working production in a sewing factory. I work hard for the little bit of mney I earn. Yet I don't commit a violent crime nor do I sell drugs. I try to be a role model for my kids. Keep them off the streets. If every one on death row that has exhausted all their appeals should be gone, then that would save the tax payer millions of dollars every day. Quit playing around and do what most of the middle class people want. Less crime, less prisons. If something is not done, by the year 2000 their will be more criminals than there will be places to put them.

It only keeps them away from the community while incarcerated. It teaches them not to have to do anything for survival. They do not have to work to be fed or get medical treatment. Instead they get two hot and one cold meal a day. They get to exercise and play board games all day. What and how would they learn any different if their inmate rights within the walls make it impossible, it takes away their opportunity to learn responsibility for when they retun to our communities. That is why the recidivism is so high, they do not know how to function in our society. Sending them out of state is not fixing the problem. You are only making the prison gangs stronger by sending them out you are spreading them all over the US. Releasing them early will not reduce cost. They will commit more crimes and will come back into the system were you will have to pay again more due process fees. There is no easy way to fix the problem. To fix it you must face it and be aware of what really happens inside the walls to know how to fix it. The inmates rights inside the prison are backfiring on them, they are keeping them from having a chance of being a functional citizen in our society.

I see lethal injection a much less heinous way to die than many of the ways murder victims have. Not to mention that a preponderance of murder cases plea out to manslaughter or 2nd degree murder offered by state attorney generals offices throughout the US. Oh, and by the way, let's underpay our law enforcement officers so we can afford to keep these murderous venoms around for the rest of their natural lives. Shame on you, the Supreme Court, New Jersey my native state, or any others that have or anticipate a repeal of Capital Punishment.
