The dates of the federal program are &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;September 19 - 20, 2007&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;, in &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Cleveland&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Ohio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;.&amp;nbsp; This conference will highlight pretrial services-related resources, alternatives to detention, increasing release rates, evidence-based practices for pretrial services, technology, and innovative pretrial services supervision programs in the federal system. The Florida Corrections Accreditation Commission convenes in June. Florida may have their first Pretrial Program receive accreditation in June 2007. Jeff Kilpatrick of Alachua County Pretrial Services who also serves as Association of Pretrial Professionals of Florida(APPF) President and Susan Burdette, Unit Supervisor of Orange County Corrections were appointed as Pretrial Accreditation Commissioners.
