Is a Lifetime Computer Ban on a Sex Offender Too Harsh?
The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled on whether a lifetime ban on computer usage and Internet access imposed by the trial judge on an individual who confessed to receiving child pornography was too restrictive. Article here.

Does Your Dog Bite?
In a decision last week, the 4th District Court of Appeals in California ruled that pet restrictions placed on a probationer convicted of drug possession were overly broad and "unreasonable." See article.
